The Fan Problem
Fans arenβt just buying tickets, theyβre planning out their entire event experience at the same time. The views, the angle, the distance to the bathrooms, the view of the players, the crowd energy and general vibe theyβd experience in past events. Theyβre triangulating what a βgoodβ deal is based on more than just price.
My Role
As Lead Product Designer, the challenge was understanding what variables helped fans determine what a βgoodβ seat was for them, how the product experience could support those primary variables and in turn, move key metrics.

Regulations Obscure Prices
Buying a new car is complex and car shopping online is confusing. State regulations and manufacturer rules limit what can be shown about pricing, leaving shoppers frustrated and unsure what theyβll actually pay.
My Role
As Senior Product Designer, I led discovery to understand the bounds of what we could do given regulations and OEM requirements. That was foundational to inform explorations and testing for what to best display to car shoppers that gave them confidence to move forward into the funnel.

Overview
At Atom Tickets, I worked across the full moviegoing journey, balancing the needs of both moviegoers and theater operations. As senior product designer, I led design on key movie fan touchpoints, including discovery of theaters and showtimes, web checkout, and post-purchase experience. On the operational side, I redesigned tablet tools used by theaters Atom Tickets was integrated with to manage concessions and screen turnover.
For Joy.
Not JIRA.
When Iβm not stressing about cross functional communication structures, I spend my time deep in photography, travel, video games, perfecting chilaquiles and finding the best breakfast burritos in Los Angeles.
